Sample Numerical Skills Test

This page contains 24 practice problems designed to help prepare you for the Numerical Skills test.  The directions below are the same directions that are on the actual test except that those instructions direct you to fill an oval to designate your answer choice.

Directions:

Solve each problem, choose the correct answer, and record the answers on a separate sheet of paper.  For some questions, the fifth choice for an answer will be "Not Given."  Whenever none of the first four possible answers is correct, choose "Not Given" as your answer.

Do not linger over problems that take too much time.  Solve as many as you can; then return to the others in the time you have left.

Note:  This test is for practice purposes only.  While successful completion of this test does not guarantee similar results on the actual ASSET test, proper preparation, including the use of this site, should enhance test performance.
